The Light Parade will be held on Thursday, September 3rd, 2015 in Madison, Wisconsin. This Madison motorcycle event is held at Alliant Energy Center and hosted by Honda Wing Ding.
This Light Parade is a Wing Ding tradition, where riders are welcome to bring their customized bikes with hi-tech brilliant lighting to the streets for a one-of-a-kind light spectacle that is sure to amaze the enthusiasts! Following the parade will be a judging and awards ceremony where bikes will be judged on three different classes: Street Class, Street Combination & Open Class.
Street Class requires that all participants be registered w/ Wing Ding, all motorcycles and trikes must be legal, all lights, mountings and wires must be permanently attached to the cycle and must not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle.
Street Combination requires all of the above, but with the addition of a sidecar and/or trailer added to the motorcycle or trike. These must be street legal.
Open Class requires that all participants are registered for Wing Ding - All bikes, trikes, trailers and sidecars with computerized lighting will be in this class. Anything-goes in terms of lighting, no disqualifications, and at the discretion of event organizers, the entry may not be allowed to be ridden.
