The Boogie is ABATE of Indiana's annual fundraiser. It takes place every July in Lawrence County, this year is the 42nd Annual on July 14th - 17th, 2022. All proceeds are put toward efforts to preserve and promote motorcycling throughout the state of Indiana. The Boogie offers live entertainment, free camping and showers.
Motorcycle Events & Activities
Most noteworthy The Boogie will have a scenic ride, the chance to win a new Harley and a ride-in bike show. Additionally there will be a motorcycle swap meet, motorcycle rodeo and tattoo and arm wrestling contests.
ABATE Boogie Rules & Regulations
The Boogie is open to the public (you must be 18 or older with ID to enter). ABATE members and non-members welcome! No pets are allowed on the ABATE Boogie grounds. Cars and/or trucks are not allowed in the camping area. Golf carts and ATV's are not permitted unless disabled with proper documentation. Campfires are allowed if weather conditions permit. Shuttles have also been made available to move your gear from the parking lot to the campsites.

Parking: Cars and trucks $10.00; trailers $10.00 (tent camping, motorcycle parking, and shower facilities included with admission)
Golf carts, etc.: $75.00 Any vehicle with more than two wheels, that does not have a license plate, will be required to purchase a special sticker to use during the event. This includes golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, fabricated vehicles, and others, referred to as Boogie Utility Vehicles, or BUVs. The person registering the vehicle will be responsible for it. All vehicles must have a working headlight to operate at night.
RV Parking: RV campground spots (some with hook-ups) are limited in availability. $100 RV Ranch primitive (no early entry), $150 Hangover Valley primitive, $400 water and electric, $500 front row with water and electric. Reservations allow you to enter on Wednesday, July 15 (gates will be open 8 AM-10 PM). Boogie RV reservations will go on sale April 1 through store.abateonline.org.
